We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service. Our trademarks, code, and content remain our property. You retain rights to your data and content that you provide to the Service.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
